Devil's Dice
Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: DEVIL'S DICE; independently unsigned, hailing from England - performing Hard Rock/Tradition Heavy Metal, on their debut EP entitled: "War Of Attrition" (released on March 27th of 2020).

"Confessor" begins the record; conveying amplified grooves, gnarly hymns and boistrously bouncy executions. Fuelled harmonies flamboyantly craft catchy choruses; hardened chunkiness, and a blistering barraged frenzy of riveting rhythms that thunder with quintessential virtuosity & towering versatility. Soaring vocals merge with a grandiose manifestation of meticulous vehemence, skyrocketing solidities & outbursting with rawly rough punchiness. Oozing chugging fretworks, frolicking gallops & a borderline foundation of trailblazing melody.
Consisting of Matt Gore on vocals; the frontman excels at a clean but high-pitched shine of pipes that showcase organic substance, profusely robust singing fluidities and a potently vibrant pattern that implements distinctively distinguished crunchiness elementing window-shattering lungs nailing it into a killer lacerating of screaming professionalism. The staple JUDAS PRIEST cover "Hellion/Electric Eye" comes next; this storming imitation consistently mimics the original quite closely, injecting their own style of quirky snappiness & primitively momentous seams of sonic shreds from twin-guitar duo Dave Clark along with Chris Webb. Rushing with wildly nimble swiftness, rapid firepower and razor-sharp dexterity. Creatively infecting audible bass dynamics from Adam Newbury which thumps with steely precision, pulsating soaring surges of mid-tempo hooks & gripping lead breaks with the searing relentlessness of outrè panache - an easily replayable one that captured its essense amazingly well.
"Martyrs In Crime" demonstrates an exemplyfying amount of experimental finesse; establishing immersively crushing detail, frantic haste & rambunctious piledriving from hammering drummer Ross Bloomer. He batters his set with slamming remedy while striking with salubrious subjugation that grinds into a hybrid dimension of polished songwriting musicianship, rich stability & skillful hand-eye coordination. Pummelling with reverberating rumbling, zestful rollicking while revolved around a embodying force of overarching persistency & persevering with tight strumming - while the vocals mix things up with a hint of semi-rap section."Red Light Rage" immersively forays an explosive attack of monstrously meaty crescendos, culminating high-octone rock with the might of traditional heavy metal mayhem. Portraying a healthy dose of variety, volatile bulldozing & ruthless pandemonium that will motivate you into a dancing - air-guitar wannabe rocker.
Overall concluding "War Of Attrition" with the titular track itself; converging a fusion of riffy attitude, rip-roaring magnetism & thick maelstroms of triggering calamities engage you to enjoy yourself immeasurably. The silver-lining with DEVIL'S DICE is that they certainly outdone themselves with this one; old-school rockers will revel with relishing thrust, it is a definitely electrifying discovery and an experience that will make your neck bang, body hairs stand & soul happy in no time flat.
