The first thing that happened when I saw these guys in a picture was a sarcastic smile on my ugly face. I know, I know, never judge a book by it's cover. But these dudes look like 14 and 15 years old, plus, I never heard of them before. So I guess this is their debut CD. (P.S: If I am wrong guys I am terribly sorry).
And then the time of judgment came. I had to listen to the CD. I loaded it on my winamp with sarcasm growing more in my mind. Well my friends, I was there, listening to this massive and brutal metalcore with my jaws opening as much as a man could open them.
These folks are the answer of England back to all the American metal-core shit. Really they make Slipknot look like a bunch of backfun hillbillies. Imagine thrash mixed rough with U.K hardcore and new-age core. The first three tracks are an exploding dynamite of pure energy and roaming thunders. 'A Breath Of Winter' is a duet with acoustic guitars. Really melancholic, a big surprise for the record, seems these guys would like to put more elements in their style, but they do it cautiously. And the last song is an all time classic U.K.H.C enhanced with toady's metal-core style.
At the very end I have to say this. If you are a metal-core/hardcore fan, instead of buying slipknot, Korn, limp-bizkit and tons of other crap like these, invest your money on them. They will probably amaze you. After all... U.K is the land of pure hardcore and punk.
I am waiting for a full work from these guys. If they go on like this they will surpass many 'DIVA' bands (The names of those where given in the last paragraph).
