Keitzer - Where The Light Ends album cover

Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: KEITZER; signed via FDA Records, hailing from the glory of Germany - performing Death Metal/Grindcore, on their 7th album entitled: "Where The Light Ends" (released July 19th, 2019).

Since formation in 1999; the band in question have 7 albums in their discography so far, I am introduced to their 7th album entitled: "Where The Light Ends". 8 tracks ranging at around 37:12, KEITZER arrange an intricately designed formula of heavy-hitting Death Metal/Grindcore amalgamations. "Shattered Silence" begins the record; conveying amplified adrenaline, boistrously bouncy crunchiness & a flamboyantly composed distinction of chugging chaos - flaired with stampeding gallops, frantic frolicking and deadly hostility. Forging a blistering barrage of frenzied haste; trailblazing speed, and a healthy dose of sonically seamless versatility - ultilizing uniquely vicious vehemence that showcases progressively technical manifestations with meticulous ramifications which relentlessly revolves around an aesthetic of groovy extremity.

Consisting of Christian Silva Chaco on vocals; the frontman demonstrates a rawly rough spectacle of deep, guttural brutality - dominating with solid growls & aggressive diligence. The titular track injects an infectiously fierce fabrication of distorted harmonies from battering drummer Tim Terhechte & audible bassist Simon Venig; who rush with wildly organic substance, and creatively complex dexterity - hammering with profusely robust virtuosities, quaking with rambunctious thumping & stomping savagery. Thrashing with malevolent melodies; "Under The Service" showcases smashing breakdowns and a borderline foundation of hardened hymns in which supply persistent pursuits of riveting riffs & sinister solos make this musicianship quintessentially menancing, transistioning thunderous subjugation with the juxtaposed sub-genres remarkably well. "Tyrants" attributes adroitly blended craftsmanship of catchy hooks; energetically executed blast -beats & rapidly swift nimbleness from duo guitarists: Nicolai Hinse & Michael Dölle, who shred with rip-roaring stability - portraying thick & meaty rhythms that pulse with weighty precision.

"Slay 'Em All" embellishes on experimental fluidity; polished with concrete gnarliness and gritty raspiness, striking into a grinding mass of thrashing madness - while "Invictus" distributes constructively distinguished destruction as it delivers razor-sharp sophistication with vastly momentous soundscapes & tenacious tempos that will guarantee a headbanging fix of immense intensity. Diversed into a dynamic implementation of killer jumpiness, contrasted as a raging speedhorn rampaging like a bulldozing berserker. The penultimate track: "Life Destroyer" compiles fashionable toppings of styles that salubriously squeeze in some quirky varieties; snappy elements, and impressively lacerating with sharpened skill that result in a chaotic deathgrind experience - full of malicious mayhem & ruthless pandemonium.

Overall concluding "Where The Light Ends" with the finale song: "Hellion" (not to be confused with the infamous JUDAS PRIEST tune "The Hellion"); I am compelled to say that KEITZER certainly outdone themselves with this one, it is a discovery that should spread like a disease as I believe every Metal maniac will enjoy this one - overarched with subtle roars of rumbling rage & strong patterns that flow into a scorching shine of firepower & expertise - definitely worth the listen!
