Walls Of Blood - Imperium album cover

Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: WALLS OF BLOOD; signed via Metalville Records, hailing from the United States of America - performing  Heavy/True//Power/Speed Metal, on their debut album entitled: "Imperium" (released February 22nd, 2019).

Since formation in 2013; the band in question have only this here album in their discography so far entitled: "Imperium"; 10 tracks ranging at around 44:98, WALLS OF BLOODarrange an intricately designed formula of heavy-hitting Heavy/True/Power/Speed Metal amalgamations. Notably fronted by none other than infamous ex-MEGADETHguitarist: Glen Droverand a host of guest appearances including Tim "Ripper" Owens(ex-JUDAS PRIEST); Chuck Billyfrom TESTAMENT, and more - makes this a concretely epic supergroup. "Leave This World Behind" begins the record; conveying boistrously bouncy distinctions of crunchy chaos, inventive instrumentation – creatively crafted musicianship manifested with meticulous mayhem and a bunch of chugging gallops, generate deadly executions of dominating hostility.

Consisting of Glen Droveron guitars/keyboard; the multitasker showcases vehemently versatile ultilizations, unique riffs and solos amplified with an adrenaline-fuelled aesthetic of blistering complexity. "Discordia" implements dextrous elements; efficiently composed with diligent flamboyancy, fabricated with energetic captivation and an adroit attribute of organic substance - riveting rhythms and stomping solidity. The vast vocalization supergroup: Tim "Ripper" Owens(ex-JUDAS PRIEST); Chuck Billy(TESTAMENT), Todd La Torre(QUEENSRŸCHE) and Henning Basse(FIREWIND) contribute profusely robust pipes in their own trademark ramification. "Waiting To Die" portrays Chuck's signature supply of notorious cords; injecting electrifying thrash speed, and infectiously groovy catchiness with wonderously prodegious persistency.

"Blood Ritual Sacrifice" demonstrates Henning's singing skill next; with his operatic harmonies, melodious musk – subjugated with organic substance and salubriously thunderous technicalities, distributing diligently composed songwriting originalities. Powerhouse bassist Chris Myles and battering drummer Scott Barrymorehammer their weapons with sonically seemless stability too. "Tarnished Dream" examines Tim's memorable voice; as a fan of his work in JUDAS PRIEST's "Jugulator" & "Demolition" records, this addition is more than welcome to the lineup – screaming with vengeful velocity and primitively malicious perseverence as always, also featuring Joe DiBiaseon the audible bass is a nice bonus too. The titular track features diversely dynamic guitar riffs from Matt Cuthbertsonfrom INTO ETERNITYUNTIMELY DEMISE; experimenting constructively distinguished rhythms that rampage with stampeding variety.

"The Fault Of Man" brings back Henning's enlightening firepower and expertise; contrasting excelling overarch's of mellifluous musicianship, and talented virtuoso's of progressively quintessential prominence. "Dark Lords Of Sleep" introduces STRIKERvocalist Dan Clearyinto this high-class; furious fray of acclaimed artists, balancing extremely efficacious effectiveness with euphonious foundations of borderline - high-pitched haste. Included is a cover of the famous ALICE IN CHAINSsong: "Junkhead; with Lance Harvillon guitars from the REX BROWN BAND, showing no remorse with a barraged frenzy of hardened hymns in which indeed are intensely jumpy as well as thumpy. Overall concluding "Imperium" with the finale track: "Seven Spirits"; with Henningonce again rendering vocals, and a punchline ritual of mandatory orchestration – proficient musicianship and powerful instrumentation make this an album of the year contender for sure.

Bottom line; this assemblage of nimbly swift, rapid representation of renowned - old-school metalheads make this a collection worth discovering. WALLS OF BLOODis a certainly illustrious leading of landmark musicality; fuelled with mid-tempo remedies and a bunch of unprecedented stimulations that make this one helluva masterpiece in metal - at least in my opinion -  if you are a fan of at least one of the aforementioned names, still invest and enjoy some entertaining metal mayhem.
