Kevin Estrella - Guitars, bass, keyboards, drum programming and effects.
It is the first time I find myself listening to a purely instrumental album. It worked well all fully conducted jointly by Estrella.
The following highlights some songs that are worth being highlighted in this album:
In "Dream Division" everything begins with an introduction of simple guitars, but that comes alive with bass and drums on stage this song. Living up to the name that to me is a watershed between the simple guitar chords and the rest of the music that gains strength with the other instruments. With "Death Valley Driver" I felt a fairly typical excitement of those who listen carefully to the instrumental music of any other renowned band around, for it works well to grab one's attention.
Maybe "Heaven's Gate" is the song that has major influences of great guitarists like Go and Satriani, in my view, of course! In this song Estrella exudes virtuosity and fantastic creations entering into in your mind. Then the flagship track of this CD "Echo Cosmic" brought me a sense of solitude and peace, an instrumental that eases us into pure reflection.
Generally speaking, because it is an instrumental CD, it has numerous progressive variables with experimental touches delineating between riffs of a good old Thrash Metal and all Heavy Metal footprint. If you're a fan of talented and virtuous guitarists, it's worth following this man.
I recommend it!
