For me Death Metal is something I value beyond anything else, not only is it creative but it finds its home in many different places of the extreme and melodic branches of the tree, though some are sometimes split when it comes to Melodic Death Metal, sometimes because it says melodic, others for some reason or another. Regardless, it is a huge part which covers a massive chunk of Scandinavia and other areas as well, I feel that this band holds up to some of Melodic Death Metals legends and may even show more than that. From this record I will be reviewing the tracks I feel make this record strong and the songs that may not which will hopefully encourage you to check them out.

"End vs. Beginning":
The start of the track opens big and leads on with a thunderous roar of riffs and blasts which for a fact is a great way to open a record folks in my own opinion, when the vocals kick in we get a very IN FLAMES-like type of singing which then goes into a nice and very well performed melodic vocal style which takes the song into a very calm and secure place before the harsher style kicks back in. With more of the songs incredible guitar work and bass work to build the muscle of the track and bring it up even further, I would say that I feel it's familiar and very well played when it comes to every member of the band and that goes to show that the band itself is a solid engine ready to take on whatever comes their way.

"Burning Signs":
Different yet very interesting is the way to describe the way the song opens, though I won't lie, I felt that the screaming and the breakdowns kind of kill it for me, it just feels that every band these days is doing breakdowns like they're out of style. Besides this, the track is able to redeem itself by mixing the melodies of the clean tones and the use of the guitars to create a perfect backing sound that really makes a solid if not powerful vibe. Through the song we see the track take it's course through different tones and combinations which together really blend perfectly. I still say though the song would have been better if the breakdowns had been replaced with something that worked with the song in general.

"Parasites":
Fast and really catchy, this track opens perfectly with riff after riff like a never ending race of tones, cannot lie when I say I love it when a band does this though especially when we come to the twin vocal combination which is something I'm starting to love from this band as they have two great voices bringing together a fantastic force in walls of sound and creative techniques to create their sound and their structure. In many bands they keep to one theme hoping it works as it does but then you get the bands like RISE TO FALL that really know how to blend their tones and really take you through a journey of ideas which not only work but come together perfectly.

"Thunders of Emotions Beating":
Daring and quite honestly a very different song altogether; if I may say though I feel that this is a bit of a half and half for me to be quite honest, it seems that the band are taking everything that they have explored through this record and have mixed some of the best and some of the not-so-much. For me it's hard to really feel if I like it or not as there are parts that seem to flow perfectly and showcase some of the bands best aspects, then you have the parts that really make you wonder if something else could have been added to make this song more solid.

"Dark Clowns Leading Blinds":
I won't lie folks, when I saw the name of this next track I was in stitches, though besides the name the song itself starts off perfectly with a heavy blast and very gentle tone which works perfectly with the song and the way the entire thing has been laid out before us. Even still this is one of the record's more epic tracks and shows what the band can do with what they have in terms of intense and very catchy sounds that really make this work as a whole. It can be seen that the track is one of the bands better on the record as I feel this shows what the band are really capable of.

To conclude I feel that with this release it has its fair good songs and hows that it means business, but in other areas I feel that it is a bit bland and could have had some more work done on them. Besides this it can be said that the production quality is awesome and the band have a great idea going on.
