The French are coming...YORBLIND releases 4^th album of simply put it Metal...maybe melodic, maybe softer, maybe like old material of TESTAMENT. The album shifts back and forth between themes of clean singing to groovy gruffly half growling themes, complicated guitar melodies and core breaking riffs like it was supposed to be, the mixture of genres combined to one group surly let the ear to enjoy the songs depending on the listener favorite genre, they covered them all. The album contains 9 songs and starts with "Blind..." and ends with "...But alive". The first begins with a grand opening of gathering melodies and guitar solos that serve as an intro to the "I Am Not" that start with a scream and roll into a song that develops into a dark melody filled with breaking riffs and melodic themes. The groovy side of YORBLIND comes to life in "The Scapegoat" with a groove riff in the leads the song to so many changes that somehow stay together as a whole. The more the album develops the songs seems to be more tight, more mature in their mixture, "The Master" is a "raise your horns" sing along with a groovy theme and very catchy lyrics. "Genesis" is my favorite in this album, its heavy, dirty and starts with a deep growl that sits well on the sound of the album...gives it a bit more anger then the gruffly main vocals parts, the song rocks to melodic clean singing and main theme that is led by a guitar solos to its acoustic end. "...But Alive" closes the album with a melody of soft guitars leading the listener step by step, slowly to the end of the nine.

This is a very complicated, yet fun album to listen to; always wonder what comes next...
