Yet another modern band, however, they do sound good. It's some kind of a modern 21st century Death Metal. Hailing all the way from Texas, they are NETHERMOST.
So, let me start. Through this album I've heard a unique sound of guitars which is not always occupied with Death Metal, but more of a kind of a Folk/Melodic Metal. The guitars are written in that manner. That is probably the twist this band gives to you, which makes it sound so unique. I'm not going to go through any song in this review for I should leave it to you to absolutely be astonished from this album. I'll just quote the message I got alongside with this alum: "Prepare for a voyage to the outer realms of our perceived existence, and down abstruse pathways conveying a diverse blend of dismal hymns. With an unyielding inflection with singularity marking a delicate sonic domain paved by mesmerizing melodies, intelligent lyrics and heavy drum sounds that are intertwined in a simple, yet effective emotional blueprint."
Yes. This album is simply amazing. It's written in a not-so-technically, but in a simple, well manner. I can only go on and on and praise this album until the end of the day. The drummer is brilliant as well!
Summing up my words, I can say for sure, this is a very unique, one of a kind Death Metal album. It features melodic elements and exotic scales, alongside with heavy rhythm written down and deep, cruel growls. I will definitely leave it in my possession and listen to this album in on a regular basis. I'm glad there are Modern Death Metal bands out there.<
