CHIRAL is a Progressive Black Metal one man band formed in Italy in 2013 and have just released an EP entitled "Winter Eternal" perhaps it is more like a Demo because it has only three songs.

Nevertheless the songs are quite good, nowadays Heavy Metal music has been labelled into all kinds of styles and CHIRAL is labelled as Progressive Black Metal, meaning it is not like the traditional Black Metal itself. First song "Sulfur" begins very melodic with soft riffs and deep vocals, although I find it too slow and at times quite depressing with a more Gothic approach. "Eternal Winter Day" begins more aggressively but soon the song falls into the same pace as the previous track.

As production goes it is kept very simple with few classic arrangements and the art cover reflects what the music is about, I mean  a little dull to my taste.
