Real Life Isomorphism
Blinding Tears

In a small town located in Tuscany, Italy, Progressive Power Metal warriors BLINDING TEARS were unleashed to provide us with sweeping melodies that will take your breath away. The hard evidence of this is on their first LP 'Real Life Isomorphism'.
Opening track "Curse of Freedom" takes you on a journey of escapism from the harsh reality most of us live in. When I listen to this LP Progressive Metal giants DREAM THEATRE and fellow Power Metal warriors ELVENKING come to mind; particularly through the long instrumentals that show us what guitarists Giulio Poggi and Bruno Malevoli can accomplish with their original riffs and solos. Keyboard maestro Francesco Cacciante should also receive some praise for his work; his instrumentals on the keyboards and synthesisers were certainly my favourite aspect on the album.
My personal favourite tracks on the album have got to be "Rain Fall" and "Flow Away" I understand these are the slower songs on the album but I feel that you can hear the talented Italians musicians to the best of their ability.
So it's definitely a great first album, the reason why I haven't given it a perfect ten is because of tracks 'Mafra' and 'Haunted Asylum' left me feeling unfilled but apart from that a great album.
