Romance of Misanthropy

What the heck am I listening to? Why are my ears being abused by this multitude of genres thrown in like that? This is seriously a bit too much for me; the only way I can describe this album's sound is in a very putrid, disgusting way. O.B.E.Y.'s "Romance of Misanthropy" is a big wide pool of sludge and mercury, holding the dead corpses of all Black Metal and Funeral Doom bands, and making these disturbing noises that total up to 7 tracks.
I don't want to sound totally negative, since I'm not the one stuck in a cave trying to make some music. I gotta salute them on their, umm, effort (I guess), since they do manage to come out raw and slaughter your very existence with a very harsh and unstable sound, conveying a very depressing and dark atmosphere... Sadly, they have no idea how to fucking do it right!
What does this album sound like? Just make NARGAROTH beat the shit out of BARONESS, and it will be exactly what the album sounds like. Also, I'll avoid talking about every track, because each is a bunch of distorted guitars, drums I couldn't slightly care for, and vocals that made my ears bleed.
If this band's intention is to make me feel suicidal and disturbed, I'm inviting them over to some salad (since I'm a motherfucking vegetarian). If not, then the 36 minutes they have produced are a failed mash up of genres. And honestly, I stopped the record on my second listen and put on some 2-step / Garage music to calm down my poor, innocent ears.
