An Eternity
L'Endevi

I have to write my point of view about the band's work: The lead vocalist, Mamen, has a strong, meaningful and such a great voice. There's only one problem: No diction. I understand L'ENDEVI come from Valencia, Spain, however, I could barely understand the lyrics and when I can't understand the lyrics, I can't understand the meaning of the songs which could make a problem for both fans and music critics.
Now, I can see why the band's influences are: PARADISE LOST, IN FLAMES, LACUNA COIL, OPETH, MACHINE HEAD. And once again, Mamen has such a powerful, though unstable voice which is why most of the credit will have to go to her. The instrumental work was amazing. L'ENDEVI has been able to create a décor through its rhythmwhich makes it even more interesting and different from LACUNA COIL for example.
The concept: "An Eternity": Something that last forever. Although we all know that nothing last forever. However, the chapters aren't match to the title of the story such as:"We Are The Metal". It's a good song but it doesn't belong to the story line. In conclusion, "An Eternity" is a good album both instrumental and story line parts. However diction is necessary.
