Well, here we have one band which is releasing its second full length album under the legendary label, Napalm Records. I have been an editor nearly right from the label's first ever release, it was something very good. THE KANDIDATE formed back in 2009 under the name THE DOWNWARD KANDIDATE and they have released two albums, adding the new one. They are coming from Denmark and they are going to play shows to China and Russia.

Their new album consists of Death and Thrash Metal riffs, vocals full of anger and wrath. They will remind you the new era of ENTOMBED in a high level. Their music is a hybrid of Death, Groove, Hardcore and Thrash metal ideas and their aesthetic is close to Hardcore mostly. They have taken ideas from the NY Hardcore and they have mixed them with ENTOMBED new style, adding some hints from SLAYER mostly on vocals style. Feelings like wrath, anger and hate are enclosed in this album. The main success is the expression of the feelings through their music and the guitar riffs are responsible for this result. Riffs baptized in Thrash and Hardcore style through their personal music frame. They are professionals and it seems that they have plenty of experience to release an excellent extreme Metal album.  Buy it!
