It is one of those times that you find yourself in total ignorance of things and facts. Like in the case of ENTHRALL, how much related is India to Heavy Metal? I am totally clueless. ENTHRALL is the first Indian band I have ever heard and if I didn't read the description I would have never realized. Anyhow, I was really curious to listen to the music style of this record and in the beginning I was really enthusiastic but everything burned in the "Throes Of Fire".
ENTHRALL are playing Heavy Metal and "Throes Of Fire" is a concept album about the story of an individual guy under the nickname Raven. To cut a long story short after some repeats the record didn't impress me at all. I think the worst problem of the record is the lack of feeling. There are no memorable compositions, no interesting riffs and unfortunately the vocals, while not bad, are not good either. After a while I got the feeling that I was listening to a high school band with a quality production.
"Throes Of Fire" gave me the impression of mediocre effort. From the cover to the songs there is nothing interesting. If you still want for some reason to dig into Indian bands give it a try else don't tell me I didn't warn you.
