In August Heaven and Hell Records will be releasing a limited compilation CD by Canadian metallic hard rock band KRADLE titled 'Standing on the Edge'. This will be the first time the material has ever been released on CD.

Formed in 1982 in Vancouver, Canada by a leather-clad quartet featuring bassist Steve Courchaine, guitarist Harry Degen, drummer Claude Erfon and vocalist Tod Anthony Larkin.

One of VanCity's first heavy metal bands, KRADLE would have the talent, the look and the sound craved by an eagerly awaiting audience. And after a stroke of luck and a chance opportunity, the band would find themselves presented with possibilities that could have elevated KRADLE to the next level. But bad decisions, mismanagement and an untimely tragedy would inevitably seal KRADLE's fate.

This definitive KRADLE collection will consist of 12-songs from four different recording sessions between the years 1984-86. All tracks are sourced from the original reels and fully re-mastered. Also included will be a 16-page booklet with new artwork, photos, complete lyrics and a band history essay written by Steve Courchaine. The release is limited to 500 copies worldwide.
