After taking the world of rock music by storm with last year's surprise hit Amber Galactic, which was nominated for a Swedish Grammy and accompanied by a European tour that left fans speechless, Swedish classic/progressive rock super group THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA are set to release their impatiently awaited next album, Sometimes The World Ain't Enough on June 29 via Nuclear Blast.
Today, the band releases a teaser video for their next single/music video, 'Turn To Miami'. Watch here:
Recently the band also released the official music video for the brand new song, "Lovers In The Rain".
The real life/animation mash up video was created by renowned artist Elia Cristofoli of Solingo who also made the infamous video for last year's hit single "Gemini". Watch the video here:
Commented the band: "'Lovers in the Rain' is the soundtrack of the way it felt when you held the hand of your first true love for the first time. Happiness so intense, your heart beating so fast that it almost feels like a panic attack. And in the back of your head, you're already mourning the fact that one day it will all be over. 'Lovers in the Rain' is an homage to the anthems of our youth, the songs that made us believe that in every life; no matter how insignificant you might feel sometimes, you will someday have that experience with someone. Just like 2017's Amber Galactic, the album will feature two different cover artworks (see above) for the regular and limited editions.
The album is set for release on June 29, 2018 via Nuclear Blast and will contain 12 brand new songs. The limited first edition digipack CD as well as the vinyl will also feature an exclusive bonus track. The Japanese version will also feature an additional bonus track.

Sometimes The World Ain't Enough was again produced by the band themselves and was recorded at Handsome Hard Music / Larsson Music Studio as well as Nordic Sound Lab in Skara, Sweden. Mixing duties were taken on by the band's guitarist/percussionist Sebastian Forslund and mastering was done by Thomas "Plec" Johansson at The Panic Room.
Soon, THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA will descend from their extraterrestrial orbit and take over your hometown. The place you thought you knew will for one very special night become a palace of sin, where the champagne hits you harder, the stakes are higher and all the women are undercover space commanders. 2017's Amber Galactic was awarded as "album of the month" in various renowned European music magazines such as ROCK HARD (Germany), ROCK HARD (France), SWEDEN ROCK MAGAZINE (Sweden), POWERMETAL.DE (Germany), UNITED ROCK NATIONS (France).

When asked about the direction of NFO within the realm of classic rock, Strid explains with a chuckle: "Most other classic rock bands sound like weed or LSD - we sound like cocaine."
Amber Galactic was recorded at Handsome Hard Studio in Lund, Sweden. The album follows THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA's two previous releases, 2012's Internal Affairs and 2015's Skyline Whispers.
