WEST OF HELL announces Canadian Vengeance in Hell Tour with REVENGER:
Vancouver's West Of Hell is pleased to announce the dates of their upcoming Vengeance in Hell Tour, which will see them playing ten dates between Calgary and Vancouver in the company of fellow BC shredders Revenger. The Vancouver date will see West of Hell sharing the stage with Delain and Hammerfall.
West Of Hell's all-star touring lineup will comprise frontman Chris "The Heathen" Valagao (Zimmer's Hole), Jordan Kemp (Neck of the Woods), Sean Parkinson (Revenger), Bryan Newbury (Into Eternity, Untimely Demise), and guitarist Kris Schulz (Mechanism).

ABOUT WEST OF HELL:
West of Hell is a heavy metal band that was originally formed in West Auckland, New Zealand. Their objective was to create a sound that would preserve their legendary influences, whilst having modern elements. This perfect blend would evolve the music boldly into the future of metal. In order to share their vision and establish West Of Hell in a larger scene, the group relocated to Vancouver, BC, searching for a vocalist. They needed a singer that was more than just a screamer, which drastically narrowed the possibilities. The band played a series of shows as a four-piece instrumental, drawing critical acclaim, and attracting the attention of the local metal community. The exposure led them to Zimmer Hole frontman Chris "The Heathen" Valagao. It was apparent to the founding members that Valagao's diverse skills were exactly what West Of Hell needed to realize the bandʼs ultimate vision.
West of Hell was fiercely determined to produce a debut album of high quality; they hired producer and Juno Award-winning engineer Rob Shallcross (Strapping Young Lad, GWAR, Zimmers Hole, Gene Hoglan, Fear Factory) with whom Valagao had worked with on previous projects. Their debut album Spiral Empire was released in May 2012, and their eagerly-awaited second opus is already in the mixing stage, once again in the capable hands of Rob Shallcross. It is slated for release later this year.
West of Hell is here to reclaim the great genre of metal that has been diluted by straight edge, clean-cut posers who look like rejects from American Idol. West of Hell will lead you back down the path of true metal!
