Czech-based death metallers HYPNOS are about to reveal the front cover artwork for the upcoming album entitled "The Whitecrow". The artwork was again managed by the artist Jo Mercieca, who handled some of HYPNOS works in the past.

Frontman Bruno comments:

"We were really satisfied with the graphic works for our last album, so it was a logical step to ask Jo again. I have to admit that sometimes it is not easy to deal with me because I often stand on very little details which can be bothering at times; however I am glad that Jo was able to stand with me and creating an artwork subject to my ideas. This time I decided to go for something relatively simple and elegant while focusing on pale colours. The main character of the album is a character known as "Whitecrow", a healer for odd moods and decadence; who is also the main figure on the front cover."

"The Whitecrow" will be released on March 25th, 2017 via Einheit Produktionen (GER). The album was tracked at Shaark and Toproom studios. Mixing and mastering was handled by the renowned sound engineer Børge FINSTAD (MAYHEM, ULVER, IHSAHN, BORKNAGAR...).
