					<description><![CDATA[For me, the album chronicled a brief moment in time of a given person’s life. From the moment you get out of the bed in the morning, how do you feel? Do you dread work? Worry about things endlessly? Many of us do both, and the first several songs reflected those feelings and the time we spend thinking about them. It was pensive, emotional, and poignant. But there was a transformation towards the end as we realize that it isn’t a useful exercise to constantly think of bad things in our life.
