Not Just Listening

My God, what's this stuff like? Phewwww... You feel rather confused when caught in this shitty-what-should-I-write-now situation. Let's see what the Net has to offer.
This Illusion formed May 2003 with one thing in common; the hunger to perform music that is exciting, explosive & dynamic (source: Casket Music's website) - if you ask me what's exciting, I'll tell you Metal Church music is; if you ask me what's explosive, I'll tell you Iced Earth's music is; if you ask me what's dynamic, I'll tell you Pantera's music is (even if I hate it). This Illusion mix Punk, Rock, 'modern' Metal and Hardcore with - I must say - high capability, plus the fact that all three songs featured clearly show the skill of this four-piece act. Yet, this certain blend tends to be such a retro fashion within its few years of existence that even I feel used to it.
Can't come up with other bands for a certain comparison - not that I know any - but I assume this one will be a good teaser for a possible full length release in the future, always for the fans of the latest Rock/Metal trends. And I mean 'the latest'... Still, I don't know how 'Metal' these trends sound, so...
