The V - Now Or Never album cover

The inevitable and hegemonic Melodic Rock/AOR Italian label Frontiers Music will release "Now Or Never", the debut solo album from reputed vocalist Veronica Freeman (BENEDICTUM) under the mysterious moniker of THE V ...On July 3 in Europe and July 10 in North America, THE V that will shows another stylistic digression and a surprising musical direction for Miss Freeman!

Of course, the surprise effect will not work as the "secrecy" was clearly unveiled month ago!

It should be pointed out that in correlation with all the early marketing announcements and the media's speculations about BENEDICTUM singer Veronica Freeman's solo project, telling that she will exploring a different side of her musical personality on "Now Or Never"...The best artistic alibi and an intriguing and promising perspective while working & releasing her own solo album !

Well, it's true, indeed is a worthwhile musical departure, but it's not into an unknown territory...It's a bold evidence that Miss Freeman is more than a Metal Queen or a Screaming Amazon warrior! She displays some unexpected qualities and she successfully try to stretch herself out with different singing styles and different approaches ("Starshine")..."Now Or Never" is finally a true Solo album, demonstrating her immense scales of action.

Decidedly the highlights of the album are numerous, first the opening track and "Love Should Be To Blame" both are brilliantly produced by STRYPER's frontman Michael Sweet, then the two amazing duet namely "Kiss my Lips" and "King For A Day".

The legendary Leather Leone is sharing the lead Vocals for the rocking "Kiss My Lips", Leather is the emblematic female singer from CHASTAIN who have paved the way for Veronica, Nina Osegueda (A SOUND OF THUNDER) or Jill Janus (HUNTRESS) and countless others...Her deep and scorching screams are still amazing, giving me chills, the duet is working as their voices are blending in perfect harmony...

The Iconic ex-BLACK SABBATH's frontman Tony Martin is doing his best on the closing number on "King For A Day", this cut was produced by Kenny Lewis. Also no doubt about the undeniable songwriting quality of "L.O.V.E." or "Ready To Run" ...Musically, those songs are firmly planted in the '80s Hard Rock vibe, anthemic moods with hints of classic KISS, WASP or KING KOBRA with a contemporary vision and an exciting focus on this energetic pace.

The great sonic rendition of "Now or Never" was the result of a ultra neat production work by John Herrera (WARDOG/BENEDICTUM) and was financed by a triumphal fans funding campaign!

The talented guest list is more than impressive, wide and diverse ranging from respected veterans to old members of influential acts (THE RODS) to young wolves...An incredible number of renowned musicians applied for help, in order to realize this great successful piece of Modern American Hard Rock by one of the most gifted rock diva of our time!
