Strafk - Phaseshifting album cover

STRAFK, hailing from Russia, with their debut 4 track ep "Phaseshifting", it's an eclectic mix of astral sounds. To me it sounds like some rock guys just having a good time experimenting with things.  The album is only four songs but it has a cool laid back vibe. You can put this album on and just relax and chill out. It's kind of slow and Doomy, but has an upbeat element to it.

Being a concept album, it has a good connectivity, and flows pretty well. I would put this on to unwind after a long day or if partaking in extracurricular substances. There are some Progressive elements as well as some Goth. The vocals are low and not very audible the drums and guitar almost have a jazz influence, comparable to CLUTCH.

If you are looking for some chill laid back tunes, with an aural mix...check out the debut ep from STRAFK, "Phaseshifting".
