Metal maniacs, rejoice! I'm proud to present to you: LUCIFER'S HAMMER; signed independently, hailing from Chile grounds - performing Heavy Metal, on their debut EP entitled: "Victory Is Mine" (released March 19th, 2017).

Since formation in 2012; the quintet in question have a Demo entitled: "Night Sacrifice" (released October 2013), and a full-length album entitled: "Beyond The Omens" (released March 16th, 2016). I'm introduced to their 1st EP entitled: "Victory Is Mine". 4 tracks ranging at around 25:04; the quartet arrange an intricately designed development of hard-hitting melodies, constructive songwriting distinctions and powerful instrumentation & musicianship. Opening the EP up with "The Valley Of The Shadow Of Death / Justice Denied" LUCIFER'S HAMMER embellish on a savagely sinister sound production process; Hypnos on lead guitars has a complex and organic formula of thrusting riffs, amalgamated with a menacing foundation in which is balanced with a raw and captivating aesthetic - manifesting with a grandiose of proficient domination and robust rhythmic malevolence, with a profuse amount of vehemence to boot.

"Thousand Nights (O.O.T.S.)" consistently showcases progressively technical dexterity from vocalist/guitarist Hades; who has a rip roaring, blisteringly thunderous substance which establishes high-pitched velocity and attributes with a powerful punchline that is efficiently composed – the relentless adrenaline in the solos contribute a splendid amount of crusty kicks and brilliantly executes the contrast of each song, speaking of which - "Warriors Of The Storm" portrays powerhouse bassist/drummer Titan who implements a hammering element which is concretely crushing, demonstrating a distinguished flair of pulverizing effectiveness that's all round invigorating. There is a notable part where the drumming here has a enlightening segment where it gets intensely groovy, while being immensely battering – pummelling with hostility and maliciously fulfilling beats.

"The Destroyer" (a LEGEND cover) overall concludes the EP, consisting of fiercely mechanised orchestrations that consecutively delivers an unprecedented display of unique craftsmanship and creativity. LUCIFER'S HAMMER provides a diligent component of prominent adroitness and striking expertise that will attract all Metal maniacs alike, if you're into 80's IRON MAIDEN influences – then give "Victory Is Mine" a go.
