Sioux Falls, South Dakota heavy metal band SEVENTH CALLING has announced a special appearance by guitarist Alex Ritchey at this year's installment of the Swordmetal Festival set to take place on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Neisen's Sports Club in Savage, Minnesota.

Guitarist / vocalist Steve Handel has checked in with the following comment:

"I am totally excited about Alex joining us on the stage for this great event. It has been a while since Seventh Calling was based in Las Vegas and our "Epidemic" album touring days that Alex performed with us, so this is going to be very cool indeed. We will be pulling out songs from our catalog that we have not performed live in a long time. This will also mark a bit of a different direction with us on the live stage, as I am now performing duties on the bass guitar and giving over the guitar duties to both Alex and Mike. Alex played on the group's prior album "Epidemic" which was recorded in Las Vegas and released through Heaven and Hell Records. Here is to Alex and Seventh Calling pounding out the metal riffs.

Seventh Calling is currently writing new material for the band's next album which will follow "Battle Call" released in 2016.
