Oporto, Portugal-based Metal outfit HEAVENWOOD recently announced the release of their forthcoming fourth album, "Abyss Masterpiece", via Listenable Records on February 28th, 2011. It was mixed and mastered by Kristian "Kohle" Kohlmannslehner at Kohlekeller Studios ( www.myspace.com/kohlekellerstudio).

Abyss Masterpiece's artwork was developed and realized by Matthew Vickerstaff of Darkwave Art (www.darkwaveart.co.uk) and the numerous bands he has worked with include CRADLE OF FILTH, MY DYING BRIDE, GODFLESH, CARCASS, MENDEED, CATHEDRAL, ABIGAIL WILLIAMS, THE HAUNTED, SOIL and DEICIDE, to name but a few.

According Bruno Silva, HEAVENWOOD's guitar-player "the band is very delighted with the work done by Matthew Vickerstaff. He managed to illustrate in the perfection the essence and feeling contained on "Abyss Masterpiece". Matthew experience was a great plus for the whole graphic production and for everybody truly into HEAVENWOOD's world".
