Deathbound Records is have announced the signing ofGoetia to their roster.

Emerging from the Canadian region ofOttawa/Gatineau,Goetiafirst saw the light in2007.FeaturingmembersMathieuTessier(guitar/vocals),ChrisEmery(percussion),

Benoît Groulx(guitar/vocals) andFrank Beecher(bass/synth),Goetiadraws its influences fromacts such asMouth of the Architect,Cult of Luna andAmenracreating an eclectic sound all their own.

Originally released in 2013Goetia's first full length albumLe videexpertly blends heavy melodic riffs with enthralling atmospheric passages crafting a dark and unique sonic landscape. The album was recorded atChaotic Sound Studiosand mastered byAlain Douches. Clocking in at over 60 minutes,Le videis a concept album illustrating the perils and downfall of modern society as it's main theme.

The band is still hard at work promoting the albumLe videand will be doing a short canadian spring tour. New material expected late 2015.
