Unfortunately, due to one of the band members being really ill the band had to cancel the following European dates. The band about the cancellation: "It's our regret to inform you that due to an unforeseen serious health issue of one of our key members, we are forced to cancel the approaching tour in November! We were very much looking forward to seeing all of you, visiting cities we don't get to play in often and showcasing our new record, 'The Scene'. ESKIMO CALLBOY is a unit that only functions with every member on board. We were looking into finding a fill-in, but this wouldn't be the same. We are wishing our brother the best and speediest recovery, so that we can return in full force soon. A huge thank you to everyone that already bought tickets and everyone involved in the shows, promoters, venues and local support bands. Without you we couldn't do this! Tickets can be refunded at the point of purchase! Until very soon!"

The band released "The Scene" on Century Media Records/People Like You in August of this year. The album secured a #6 in Official Top 100 Album Charts in Germany as well as #14 in the Top 75 Album Charts in Austria.
Recorded and mixed at ESKIMO CALLBOY's home studio, "The Scene" was mastered at Pitchback Studios by Aljoscha Sieg (Nasty, Any Given Day, We Butter The Bread With Butter!). Like most bands of the modern era, ESKIMO CALLBOY opted to record and mix their own music instead of hiring on a named producer. Their reasoning is simple: nobody is more passionate about music as the members of the band.
