The Dead Soul Communion has announced they are working on a 2nd album scheduled for release in May 2018. This follows the release in July this year of the Critical acclaimed debut MMXVII . The band has already written 7 songs for the 2nd album entitled MMXVIII, and is said to have taken a much darker and heavier approach.

Most of the debut was written by founder Daniel Finch, but this time round the album is more of a full band collaboration. The band is due to start recording in January 2018, with a number of live shows being booked following its release. One confirmed show is Powerfest at the B2 in Norwich on June 30th 2018. More to come.

The band is currently filming a movie for the ten minute epic progressive song GHOSTS from their debut.
