The original Medieval Folk act known as Cuélebre enters in the family of Art Gates Records.

AGR opens its doors to an emerging genre as Folk, which is entering with more and more energy in Europe.

Cuélebre was born as an idea from Yhandros Huergo in the city of Valencia (Spain) in the beginning of 2011. The sound of Cuélebre mixes archaic sounds and medieval instruments, creating their songs using votive lyrics from pre-Roman inscriptions found in Europe, specially in the Iberian Peninsula.

The band is inspired by ancient myths and nature itself to create their personal and unique music; using instruments such as the Hurdy-gurdy, Irish Bouzouki and a great variety of flutes and whistles accompanied by a strong percussive basis formed by the Davul, shamanic drums and Goliath. Cuélebre also uses samplers to provide atmospheric sounds and enrich even more the sound of the band.

The vocals are used as another instrument through melodic lines and ceremonial singing.

Cuélebre's debut opus receives the title of "Oinos", which means "One" in ProtoCeltic language.

In words of the band:

"We chose the title of "Oinos" because this is our first album and symbolizes the beginning of the band and its career, the beginning of the path."

The cover of the album has been designed by valencian artist and photographer Edmundo Saiz, who previously worked with Iberian extreme metallers Noctem.

The cover shows a young woman on his back staring at the wide landscape that emerges in front of her. It's a faceless figure that well could be a resident of the Iron Age or early Medieval, resting beside a Hurdy-Gurdy. It's a scene of contemplation and rest but it holds the power of the gaze to the horizon and the expectation of what is yet to come. The beginning of a long path.

"Oinos" tracklist is composed by the following tracks:

1-Fodder For The Raven
2-Tigino
3-Amergin's Chant
4-Dekam Kwennos
5-Kurgan
6-Immrama
7-Idisi
8-Ochlam
9-Durbed
10-Bosque y Piedra
