SEPTA: Ukrainian Alternative Quartet Release 'Destroyer'
November 13, 2014
Ukrainian mathcore four-piece SEPTA are proud to announce the release of their sophomore album, Destroyer, available now via Bandcamp.
Released on October 10, Destroyer is the follow-up to their critically acclaimed debut album, 2011's The Lover. Mixed by industry vet Matt Bayles (Norma Jean, Isis, Mastodon, Russian Circles), the album was mastered by Chris Common (ex-These Arms Are Snakes) and contains seven tracks of antagonizing dissonance.
Hailing from Odessa, Ukraine, four-piece alternative metal band Septa are not here to fuck around. Modestly considering themselves as "alternative rock," the quartet constantly endure their anarchic hymns with experiments, influenced by a range of genres, such as post-hardcore, noise rock, and trip hop.
Destroyer is a must listen for fans of Norma Jean, Converge, KEN Mode, The Dillinger Escape Plan, and Team Sleep.
"Blacken the sky. Poison the well. Corrupt the Earth. Destroy the Youth."
SEPTA is:
Eugene Tymchyk - Vocals, Electronics
Alexander Kostuchenko - Guitars

Piotr Bystrov - Drums
