Brazillian Project METAL FOR HAITI Raise Funds For Haiti
•
November 22, 2010
METAL FOR HAITI is a project created by Brazilian metalheads Renato Osorio (MAGICIAN, SCELERATA) and Tiago Masseti (DAYDREAM XI) aiming to raise funds for the reconstruction of Haiti. The idea was to write a song and gather a large group of musicians, involving various bands from the south of Brazil, to record for a good cause and help people through heavy metal music.
The will to help Haiti gave birth to "Don't Lose Hope", a single available for streaming on MySpace. Metal fans willing to help this cause can buy the single on iTunes and Amazon. All funds raised will be donated monthly to Haiti foundations.

Lies broken on the ground
And you see the bodies laying there
Without making a sound
Make an effort
The smallest act of a healthy, wealthy person
Can become the light of hope to the needed, desperate eyes
Of those who cry
Of those who die"
