The band from Rio de Janeiro STILL ALIVE has recently confirmed that all the drum parts for its debut album produced by Edu Falaschi (ANGRA, ALMAH) will be recorded by renowned Brazilian drummer Marcelo Moreira (ALMAH, BURNING IN HELL).

According to the vocalist of the band Walter Campos, drummer Rodrigo Carvalho is not a member of STILL ALIVE anymore and for his replacement the wand wanted to invite someone really experienced who can put a lot of energy in the songs. The choice was obvious, as soon as Moreira fits all the requirements of STILL ALIVE and he is also a friend and a band mate of STILL ALIVE producer Edu Falaschi. The first album of STILL ALIVE, as-yet untitled, is to be released in the second half of 2010.

STILL ALIVE (ex-RUTHLESS CRY) was established in 2002 in Rio de Janeiro and released its first EP "Into The Snakepit" in 2006. Right now the band is preparing to enter the studio to record its first full-length album.
