DEAD KENNEDYS: Glastonbury Festival's Truth Stage.
May 19, 2017
Californian punk rockers DEAD KENNEDYS have been confirmed for this year's Glastonbury festival - the UK's most popular festival and one of the largest in the world - where the legendary group will be performing as part of the #EaracheTakeover in the Shangri-La area. DEAD KENNEDYS will be a part of the Truth Stage line-up, which also includes NAPALM DEATH amongst many others. The stage sits right next to the Earache Express - the festival's first ever stage dedicated to metal, rock and punk, and curated by the legendary British independent label, Earache Records.
The Earache Express stage is housed in a recycled London Underground tube carriage, and is set to host the likes of EXTREME NOISE TERROR, Singaporean grindcore trio WORMROT, and former frontman for punk revolutionaries CRASS, Steve Ignorant, with more acts due to be announced soon. The Earache Express will be running from 9pm-6am, Thursday 22nd June to Sunday 25th June and promises a festival experience like no other.
